About Me:
I am a devout Muslimah, however, I struggle as we all do, to improve myself in the deen. I would identify myself as Sunni, in general, and following the path of the Salafiyyah, specifically.
I hoped to post my profile in order to meet some new friends, as I have been a bit of a recluse lately. So if you share any of my interests feel free to drop me a line, I'm friendly!
In terms of my heritage, my mother is African-American... to be precise, she is African-American, West Indian (Trinidadian), Blackfoot Indian and Irish. My father is Caucasian, to be precise... German-Jew, Cherokee Indian and Irish... so I call myself Mulatto (essentially, "black & white") I really want to learn my heritage so that my children know the lands and cultures that their ancestors came from.
HAVE YOU MADE YOUR SALAAT?
