I am not practising any religion at this time, I like what I have seen of Islamic culture. It seems to have the manners and respect that is sadly lacking in much of the rest of the world. I find myself incre4asingly wearing modest clothing and even wearing a khimar and niqaab at times. I would like to investigate these aspects some more.

Maybe midnight did say it all, but missed a fundamental point as far as I am concerned. Although I am exploring modesty, I do so outside of Islam, or indeed any faith.

salaam alaikum wa rahmatullah wa barakatu Sister, How are you? I thought I would come by & give my salams & explore your page, insha Allah. Hope to hear from you in the future. As for the blog regarding the problem with Brothers posting --- Put it LARGER font by using the code symbol that enlarges the font. I tried writing the code so you would know what to insert, but it didn't stay visible. Sorry. But that is how I get the larger fonts on my page. Perhaps SOME of the Brothers will then take notice. AS for the comment box, alot of times they aren't even reading the page or taking notice of the gender of the page owner. THey are just spamming. Its sad, but often they are PREACHING to the wall, nothing more. I tend to delete such comments from my list of previous comments. i have no love for spammers.
Anyhow, hope overall things are well.

Thought I should come by since its been a while since we touched bases with each other. Insha Allah you are doing well & are growing stronger in your faith & earning mountains of blessings from Allah.
I just got back from a blessed training program with Islamic Relief in Long Beach, California. It was sponsored by Islamic Relief as a training program to help the various coordinators of Humanitarian Day, insha Allah, learn how to organize Humanitarian Day in their city. Mashallah, it was so wonderful to be amongst so many Good Muslims with such strong desire to help the needy & homeless. Allahu Akbar! I learned so much. Are you familiar with the project? It will be the first year I have been involved, let alone in charge of one. We will be holding one here in South Dakota, insha Allah, for the needy in central South Dakota in & around the Crow Creek Sioux Indian Reservation. So please make dua for our success & that of the success of all the other coordinators in this project.
