I used to be a Christian. Now, I'm a Muslim. I'm proud to be Muslim! I strongly dislike the word Hate unless it is used to describe how one feels about inanimate objects or maybe "Big Brother" (the government). This word is the problem with our world today and it really bothers me! I have a very dry sense of humor and I'm sarcastic and a smartass! I'm easy going, Love deeply, hurt easily, sensitive, love to play jokes on people. I love my family and close friends madly. I believe strongly in Meditation. (For those of you that don't know what "Meditation" is, it describes a state of concentrated attention on some object of thought or awareness, which for me is ALLAH (swt). A lot of Muslims have forgotten that Mohammad (saws) often times resorted to caves and solitary places to think and ponder and meditate on Allah (swt). It increases ones worship and adoration for Allah (swt) to see the rendering of artistic detail He put into this universe, and we begin to comprehend or grasp and we begin to see the magnificence of His beauty. "For Allah is Beauty, and loves Beauty." ~The Prophet Muhammad (saws). I admit, I laugh at terrible crap, but I try to keep it at a minimum. Ok, the hell with it, no I don't. I can't help it, if it's funny to me I laugh. But that doesn't mean I don't know when to be serious. I firmly believe in the saying of the Prophet Muhammad, "Do not dispute with everyone, lest you lose splendor, and do not constantly joke, lest you be disrespected." -Maybe I tiptoe on that line a lot, but I try my best. I Hate the injustices put upon and that cause hurt on the innocent people of our world by the Dictatorial assholes and the politically inclined morons in 3 piece suits that have nothing better to do than to destroy the magnificent things and people Allah (swt) has bestowed upon us. My heart goes out to all the oppressed people of the world, past, present, and future. Every single person who has ever suffered cruelty or injustice, in particular the children. Often times I pray for wealth, not for the sake of having wealth, but for the sake of having enough money to make a difference to as many people as possible. There are disenfranchised peoples everywhere and truly they are the ones who inherit the earth. While a fascist minority controls the worlds money. This continues, and it's not a problem for the people with wealth and power. Why? Because we've all been conditioned to see things as less of a tragedy when it happens to brown, black, yellow and red people. It's not a tragedy until some white sorority girl disappears in Aruba, or some white kids get shot by other white kids in Littleton Colorado. Then all of a sudden the nation is sad. When upper-middle class business men jump out of the twin towers, it all of a sudden becomes the worst thing the world has known, because we have become an ethnocentric hedonistic society with no true sense of brotherhood or love. So, to all those oppressed peeps, you are in my prayers. May Allah (swt) relieve you of your heavy burden, and deliver you from evil. AMEEN. ATT: MUSLIMS: Read this first: I DO NOT CLAIM A SECT.If you want to Shia bash, Sunni bash, Sufi bash, DO IT ON YOUR OWN TIME. That's NOT to say that I'm a Universalist. I BELIEVE THERE IS ONLY ONE PATH TO HEAVEN. That path I believe is through the GREAT CREATOR, GOD, whose Proper name is ALLAH, and whose final Prophet (After Jesus Christ) is MOHAMMED. I will not argue this point becuz "THE POINT IS MUTE" Moving on, just so you Christian brethren know this...Muslims consider the belief that Jesus is God as Blasphemy. Why? Because it is not (according to our Qu'ran) befitting for God to have ever been a little baby, being taught the Torah which he supposedly authored, going to the bathroom, a mortal man capable of dying like any other Human Being etc. The Person who believes such a thing is, according to Gods words in the Qu'ran, going to go to hell for blaspheming against the ineffable utterly transcendent and Majestic One God. Sorry if other Muslims like to beat around the bush about this subject, but it's the truth and there's no getting around it. (I'm not saying Christians have to believe this of course, just an FYI, heads up, whatever you want to call it.) Hey, don't get mad at me, I'm just trying to wake you up from your DEEP SLEEP. I have been trying to quit cursing, but sometimes one just slips out.Sometimes other words just don't sum it up!! But make no mistake: I am deeply in love with my religion and love Allah (swt) very much.
