I have looked into the question you asked a while ago, about getting applyed in the Netherlands. The question is kind of hard but I have found out that at the moment people from war zones are getting applyed quit quickly. Since you are a well educated young man I am not sure if they will apply you. But if you look at the financiale crisis there is a big chance that there is a need for people with computer skills etc.
