1.Homosexuality is unnatural isn't it?
Homosexuality is perfectly natural. We observe it in many mammals including us Homo Sapiens. Strong same-sex relationships are more common in social animals such as us or our closest relatives. There are several reasons why homosexuality is selected for in nature but one of the strongest ones is the incresed group cohesion. Increased group cohesion is important for survival if the individual's survival is dependant on group survival. Thus genes that promote stronger relationships between both over gender borders and inside them are selected for.

2. But even if homosexuality is natural it is still a sin.
This might be true in your world view but you have to remember that not everyone subscribes to your belief system. It is up to you to decide which faith you choose to follow but you must also give that same freedom to your fellow human beings. They may disagree with your view of homosexuality and you with theirs, but just as a homosexual hasn't got the right to impose their lifestyle on you, you don't have the right to impose your lifestyle on them.

3. Homosexuality is like bestiality or child abuse.
Living in a homosexual relationship is not the same as living in an abusive relationship. Bestiality and child abuse (and living in an heterosexual relationship where one party abuses the other) are all abusive relationships. In an abusive relationship one party usually abuses the other either verbally, physically or sexually. Bestiality and child abuse are by definition abusive where as homosexual and heterosexual relationships are not. Both of the latter types CAN be abusive if the partners do not respect and love eachother.

4. Homosexuality is a choice.
Homosexuality is as much a choice as having brown eyes or being left handed. Even if it were a choice it would still not give another person the right to infringe on that choice. If indeed sexuality is a matter of choice then when did you choose to be heterosexual? When you think about it, you conclude that you have always been a heterosexual. This is exactly equally true for homosexuals.

5. But I don't like homosexuals!
It is of absolutely no interest in a rational argument whether you like something or not. This discussion is not about ice-cream flavours, it is about basic human rights and we are all despite colour, religion or sexual orientation, humans.

First, please explain how the DNA for homosexuality has come about. Please also explain how the 'eye' came about. Please also explain how you can 'feel'? If you say that feeling are just electrical impulses, then does a computer feel? Does it have a conscious? Please explain these. Also if you don't believe that the Quran is the truth, please answer the Quran's falsification test. You must find out for sure if the Quran is true or not, it is your responsibility and you will be held responsible for it on the day. Note: you don't need to answer these question here, answer them for your own personal good, I'm just trying to guide you a little because I love you, as I love most decent people. In my opinion, this thing is another test for us, such as handicaps or beauty. Everyone has his own test, and everyone must find the strength in himself to break through the material illusions of this world and free himself from them. Also I believe it is unnatural because it's natural to use the reproductive organs for their purpose, and not for satisfying an addictive drug-like chemical craving, which has for purpose to encourage population growth.

I read ur post, and i agree with you that there is no such content that would need to be sensored.
Perhaps it was sensored only because homosexuality is still a taboo in many places. Ofcource it's a matter that should be talked in the human rights matter.
Remember the media mill from Finland last fall? About that magazine head editor who was fired from her job because she was a lesbian and her lover was supporting of different party as the magazine? these human right issues exists everywhere.
Also have to respect the different ways to approach this type of subjects. In Muslim community people are couraged not to speak about things which are considered sinful in islamic view or things which people find embarrasing. There is also a reason for this.
I think it's quite a fact that the more homosexuality is shown in media the more there will become homosexuals when teenagers search for their identities. (i happen to know some who have desided to belong to this minority group) I believe that it's not always got naturally, but that it also can be learned.
People are social and people have an urge to be part of the flock. If there would be a place where most people are homosexuals, young kids would learn into that behaviours.
I believe that In western media this subject is shown more than is necessary. ( i mean all wacko tv series and shows)
People have got a wierd picture about gay that all gays are giggly, girlish and good in designing things.
Also have to remember that gay culture in many places includes adultery and drugs, which both are also taboos from islamic view.
I think this is a serious matter and it should be talked only in a propriate manner and in a propriate place. and perhaps our moderators didnt find muxlim as the right place, sinse there are also wery young readers.

I agree completely. Postmodernist thought has lead to the relativist mindset that religious /nonreligious people suffer from in today's world. It is why the West has become a-moral...not im-moral, but a-moral. In truth, the only meaningful concepts I take away from the video is what quantum physics suggests as far as relationships are concerned : ) Indeed, J.R.R. Tolkien is one of the best, and Aldous Huxley is a close match for me these days.... a prophet for our times.
